With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate Oliver founded Stance in early 2020 to provide a more agile, more hands-on and more focused property consultancy.

Most recently, he was a partner at Cushman & Wakefield advising occupiers on the optimisation of their property portfolios, including the acquisition and disposal of retail and leisure properties across Europe. 

Previously a Director at JLL, Oliver has strategically advised and acted for some of the globes most recognised brands including Superdry, Adidas, Uniqlo, Hamleys, Reebok and Deliveroo.

Additionally, he has provided consultancy and agency services to emerging and new UK entrants including Goodhood, SIXPAD, % Arabica, Sandqvist, Colette and Jim & Tonic.
